It's a regional conference about COPD--Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (emphysema & chronic bronchitis). It will be with BreatheLA and BreatheCA. It was supposed to have partners from WA, AZ & NV as well, but none could attend due to scheduling conflicts.
