It's not too bad, from what I hear, but people should make sure Intro to Econ is in their shopping cart when they register and if registration is happening through enrollment appointments (you can only register 4 credits this day, then 4 the next), to make registering for that class a priority. There is a "shopping period" where you can add and drop classes without any effect, but I doubt anyone drops Coiner's class.
