lawrencemom, you requested a waiver of tne NCP Profile and it sounds like YOUR schools granted it based on the information you provided them. It is possible that the OP has sufficient info for a waiver and it is possible that he/she does not. We have no way of knowing.
Just not having contact with the NCP is not always sufficient. If the OP's family receives child suppport or spousal support, or the NCP has other contacts with folks, the OP may not get the waiver...and maybe he/she will. The only way to know is to request the waiver.
I still say...the OP should have other options just in case the schools do NOT provide the waiver.
