SueB is freshmen. The school has been changing the composition of the Quad over the past few years so I'm not sure how that works now.
The campus is small enough that it doesn't matter. I suppose you are a few steps closer to the science labs from the Quad. But you are closer to the study library from SueB.
While SueB has a dining hall, Douglass is very close. That has kosher food and, I believe, more vegetarian options.
