From what I understand,they had to limit the number of juniors and seniors in order to gurantee housing for freshman and sophmores. Elon is in the middle of building a lot of lnew dorms and needs to tear down old ones first. Until the new housing is built, the number of spaces for the upperclass will be limited. It should clear up in a couple of years, but until then, it will remain aprobelm. There is alot of off campus housing.
