Hello,
I am a current high school senior and am deciding between UCI and UCSD. According to my parents, UCI would be "easier" on the family due to the fact that I would be closer to home (Corona) and my mom works in Irvine. However, UCSD is the higher ranked of the two and seems to be a better fit for me. So back to my question. Is UCSD worth the 30k/year cost of attendance? Or am I better off at UCI?
I was accepted to both schools as a Bio major, but I am looking to transfer into Bioengineering. **Also, if anyone can give me more information about transferring into engineering, it would be greatly appreciated.
