When you called Kenan Flagler, did the admissions officer tell you when they would make/announce their decisions regarding Assured Admission? Like you, I am a RD candidate anxious to hear.

In any case, at both Michigan and UNC, the vast majority of members of their business school transfer in, since assured admissions is always quite limited. Just because you didn't get into preferred admissions at Ross is not indication that you could not transfer in later, as most of their students do.

I don't know what they look for, obviously, but I would suspect that GPA and leadership are probably the two big items. Much like college admittance, I think that it probably does not matter so much what activities you do as long as you show a high level of commitment and involvement to said activity.
