Back on the steriods today. Worked last night making cupcakes for a fund raiser at work for United Way. I didn't need to double my cake recipe but thought I did so was making cupcakes for quite some time. I have over 100 mini cupcakes and 36 full size. I needed 72 mini and 3 full size. So was on my feet and didn't bother me too much. Made the fondant this morning before work so it is aging on the counter. Tonight need to make the ganache and the buttercream, melt some chocolate and get these darn things decorated!!!
On the plus side I really think that I can stand there and do it!!! Thanks so much for the hugs all.
