You've put yourself in a state context which is really important. Being good for your high school is not enough. Just work on getting your SAT scores up. You're a sophomore though, so you have time. I got a 2010 my sophomore year and ended up with a 2210 by end of junior year, so you should be fine. If anything else, just show your character somehow. Maybe start a support group for bullied students or something?
