Yeah, my school doesn't rank either, but it honestly doesn't matter. Admissions officers will very easily figure out your rank from the school profile.
I mean, I think Dartmouth is definitely a high reach. You have good ECs, but academics aren't quite there. If you really love it and finances are okay, maybe you could ED?
