if you're a guy and the proctor was a hot girl, don't report it, use it to your advantage. Vice versa. To be honest, report it, create some trouble, not for the sake of the two questions you missed, but simply for creating some harm.

THIS GIRL, who was black (no offence, only detail), who sat in front of me was so *#$@ loud and obnoxious. she stamped her feet every sec, SHE TALKED SO FREAKING LOUD DURING BREAK, O MY GOD, I WANTED TO SMACK HER, i wanted to kick her chair as revenge. O MY GOD, THE ANNOYANCE, i think this negatively impacted my score, and the next time I see her, I'll make sure she pays.
