Will these scores hurt me significantly?

Hey guys.

Alright, so I just got my June SAT Subject test scores back, and... well, I failed.

Here's my scores (I've taken 3 rounds of subject tests).

January: Math II - 760
May: US Hist - 720, Chem - 740
June: US Hist - 790, Math II - 720, Lit - 660 (!!)

So my best four are:
US Hist 790 (after a 720)
Math II 760 (and a 720)
Chem 740
Lit 660

Will these hurt me significantly in applying to Ivy Leagues? I have a 4.71 GPA for my junior year and have a total of 8 AP tests by the end of my junior year (I'm pretty sure I got many 5s on my AP tests I took this year) and have good/decent leadership positions, lots of community service, and a good internship. SAT I superscore is 2280, FYI.

Just yeah, I'm freaking out because I think these will hurt me. Should I be so worried?

Thanks guys! And please be honest!
