Honors is overrated. I wouldn't waste my time with it.
With that said, I would mark Crawford. Potomac is nicer, but you're less likely to get it. Potomac has rather small rooms, but is more of a social dorm.
If you're avoiding Thurston, I'm guessing you want to avoid noise and parties, so you'll probably want to avoid Potomac.
