for grades, use that link that has grade distributions from previous years. someone (momosky?) linked to it on a previous thread. but they'll be pretty even across the board. RT/JO/CP have been teaching for ages and all do it very well. RT's teaching style is a bit more colorful than the others, which i generally prefer (but it's not for everyone).
