| Howard can be downright unsafe at times. When I visited this year, there was a multicar police chase going on just a block away, and the cars cut through campus and stuff. I was kinda on ease, but obviously this doesn't happen ALL the time. But you do have to remember, you're in DOWNTOWN ***DC***. You just have to take that into account. |
