Well since you have taken French, it won't make sense to ignore France. I say go to Paris. You'll love it there. I know I did. It's a city of fashion.

The main reason I say France is because you spend time learning this langauge so of course it fasicanted you to a degree, and it probably has more sentimental value to you.

But if you seriously feel like you want to go to Hong Kong then go. You'll build a lot of important contacts over there as well for future reference.
