I was at UCF last semester, and I wanted to make a comment on the theatre situation.
The main stage is a renovated chemistry lecture hall, which means it's a very very wide stage and seating area, though not many rows, and probably seats 400-500 people. They are working on getting a "real" theatre, but it's at the end of the list (and they have a lot of stuff on that list).
Also, there are a ton of Disney Cast Members at UCF, and there's always a Disney rep on campus if that's what you're looking for (the one I talked to, Sandie, I saw all the time haha). I was in chorus with Cinderella, which was kind of exciting.
Oh, one more thing: I auditioned for the MT BFA, but didn't get accepted, and went as a Theatre BA instead. At the auditions for the season's shows, they had spots open for the BFA, and you could tell them if you wanted to be considered for MT. So if you love UCF, there's still hope if you end up going there anyway
