So I haven't received a financial statement from UCLA yet, but am about to submit SIR. Once I do this, can I still be eligible for finanical aid stuff after they receive my FAFSA? Or not?

Also, to become a resident for tuition purposes after 1 year, all you have to do is make CA your intended residence, correct?
