haha well this list has lost its validity by not having tulane on there. after the hurricane i had to transfer to florida state for the semester. a lot of my friends had to transfer to arizona state. let's just say that neither of these schools are even CLOSE to competing with tulane in partying. seriously. tulane is in new orleans. bars dont close in new orleans. you can buy a handle of rum in a gas station at 4:00 am sunday morning. you only have to be 18 to get into bars and buy drinks. when people say how great a party school is, they invariably compare it to new orleans. "it's the bourbon street of the north." "it's the mardi gras of austin." whatever. it's mardi gras all year long at tulane. anyone who'se been to new orleans or visited tulane wont argue that it's the best party school
