I don't recall that Rice makes their CDS available, just some detailed admissions & other info, under "student" subject from the provided Rice web link above.

Also, here's the Institutional Research site, with connections to lots of historic Rice data, but no CDS':

You'll note that we've included links like these for Rice, where school-packaged data is available, but no CDS. Boston College is another example of availability of fact books, but not CDS'.
