I type in my user name as the first letter of my name and the first seven letters of my last name and the password as my ID number. 99...etc., but a pop-up appears which tells me to "please login again. Password or username may be incorrect." It might have something to do with my network, so I'll continue to try. Thank you very much again, for being so willing to help me.
