Chancellor's Scholarship
I know it covers tuition for 4 years, and I think it also covered room/board/books.

I don't have a link. TCU has various merit scholarships, of which the Chancellor's Scholarship is the most generous. My understanding is that all applicants are considered for TCU scholarhips.
