If you can, ask your school to send one when you apply and then have them send another when your grades come out. That way, ND will have your grades (so you will be covered) but the new grades should come before they make their decision, so they will use the updated transcript. Just become friends with the person in charge of transcripts, I did that and it worked wonders.
