Indiana University (these are not all full-ride, but range from 1/3rd to 100% of total costs)
Kelley Scholars Program
The Kelley Scholars program offers a full-ride scholarship that includes tuition and fees, room and board, a stipend, books and supplies and an overseas study opportunity to 10-12 freshmen. Students must be offered direct admission to the Kelley School of Business and are eligible to apply based on SAT/ACT scores, GPA and class rank. Recipients must display excellence in academics, leadership, and extracurricular involvement. The Kelley Scholarship is renewable for four years by maintaining a specified GPA. Students who meet criteria for consideration will need to complete and return the Selective Scholarship Application included with their offer of admission to IU. Note: This scholarship cannot be combined with other awards.
Dean's Scholarship
Dean's Scholarships are automatically awarded to Indiana residents with exceptional grade point averages, class ranks, and SAT or ACT scores. These awards are renewable for a maximum of four years and can be valued up to $20,000 ($5,000 per year). No separate application is necessary for consideration. (Note: in-state tuition for Indiana is around $6,000 per year).
Faculty Awards
Faculty Awards are automatically awarded to non-residents who have exceptional SAT or ACT scores, class ranks, and GPAs. These awards are renewable for a maximum of four years and can be valued up to $28,000 ($7,000 per year). No separate application is necessary for consideration. (Note: out-of-state tuition at Indiana is around $19,500 per year).
Indiana Advantage Awards
Indiana residents who are offered direct admission to the Kelley School of Business are automatically considered for this $12,000 scholarship ($3,000 per year). These awards are renewable for a maximum of four years. No separate application is necessary for consideration, and recipients will receive notification from the Kelley School following their direct admission offer.

I believe they reward at least 10 Kelley Scholars, 15 Dean scholarships, 25 Faculty Awards, and 15 Indiana advantage awards per year--and the number could be higher.
