| InRoads is a joke (again), that's the bottom line. They don't try hard for you at all. And even the kids bragging about their Inroads experiences are either the exception of being in a fortune 500, or like the others with a no name company albeit paid. They don't try very hard or AT ALL for Asians. Whoever rebuked me in SoCal places about InRoads not recruiting Asians--that's because there's a bigger population there. Even random sampling would give you a couple of Asians. The point is, it's not SEO or Posse, it's not worth the time. And all you are guaranteed is a quick drugstore tutorial on how to present yourself and update your résumé... things that you can do yourself. |
