I just moved to california, and am going to a CCC for 1 year (already have some credits) and will be applying to a UC this fall. Will it hurt my that I'm Out of State, even though I'm currently in a CCC? Is there anyway I can say I'm "In state" as it is my intention to live here during the summer and holidays and what-not?
