I agree with bluedevil, my H. (intervention cardiology) has had income drop by about 40% in last ten years. This is due to lower and lower medicare reimbursements (most patients are of this age), private insurance reimbursement dropping, malpractice insurance increasing, cost of employees and equipment increasing......
