UVa just improved its Financial Aid Program (called Access UVA). Now more low-income kids are eligible for a completely debt-free education at The University of Virginia. Here's an article about the improvements:

More students will be eligible for a debt-free education at the University of Virginia, according to a Monday announcement by President John T. Casteen III. ... "Our intention is as simple as this," said Casteen. "Students ought not be denied access to higher education because of the cost."
