| Is my D an international student when she applies JHU?

My D is applying JHU RD. My petition for permanent resident has been approved and she is waiting for her green card. Now her status is AOS (Adjust of Status), which means she can do anything a green card holder can do, such as working, studying, and travelling. Of course, she does not need a student visa (F1) if she gets in JHU. The only exception is that she does not have a real green card on hand at this moment.
Is she will be classified as an international student, or a permanent resident in the admission procedure?
I need your guidence on this issue. Thanks in advance. |
