I just visited there twice with my daughter, although we have researched Clark and, as I mentioned above, she's applying there. But here are just some impressions that I have:

It's a small school, so students get more personal attention and smaller classes. On a related note, classes are taught by professors, not TA's. The student body seems relatively friendly and inclusive. It's not dominated by sports teams or a fraternity/sorority scene. Also, while it doesn't seem to be a slacker school at all, it sounds like they'll give a chance to an applicant who may have received some B's(i.e., admissions isn't hyper-competitive, unlike so many top-tier schools, unfortunately, these days. It's strong in the major that my daughter is interested in, International Relations. Also, the "five year BA/MA option", mentioned above, is a wonderful opportunity. I honestly think that it's a great school.
