Just wanted to clarify for you guys: Cornell ILR gives GT (guaranteed transfer) status to alot of waitlisted freshman applicants.
As such the 50+% acceptance rate is from a pool of mostly GTs. (non-GT figures are not public, but I've heard from sources that its in the 20% range)
