My son appled to multiple service academies last year. He had a principal nomination to USNA, but had medical issues. The USNA took forever to communicate with him. I was disappointed and took their silence as arrogance or indifference. His BGO officer was nice but didn't seem to be able to get anyone in Admissions to move. I hope those people never have to go into the private sector. Keep all of your options at the other academies open.
