| Both my friend and I who live 30 minutes from the city each in different directions from the city and haven't gotten ours yet. While people from MD, PA, and Washington DC have gotten theirs. I called and they said my letter was sent ont he 15th so I should be getting it within the next few days if not tomorrow. |
