I have been at a californian community college for two years, which is completely affordable if your government provides some sort of tuition-based student loan on your behalf. Colleges I know for sure offer SOME, note, SOME kind of aid for international transfer students are Harvard, Yale, Amherst, Dartmouth. Colleges that offer substantial aid and are less selective include Oberlin and Colby college. As an international student, you need to really look at ALL colleges that interest you academically then contact their financial aid departments to look into what they could offer you.
