Our D had convergence insufficiency in K/1 or so. We felt we were lucky to catch it...at least one doctor didn't believe in any such nonsense. She did some prescribed exercises for about a year and we had a standing request, which was honored, that she be seated near the front of the class to minimize the stress of looking back and forth far/near.
