UCLAri,

I recently found out that I passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 3. Berkeley's website states that "Advanced Japanese A" is open to those who passed Level 3. I'm assuming this means I won't have to take a placement exam.

The question is, what can passing the JLPT do for me at UCLA?
