You must mean the Fulbright Center (or AMIDEAST in the Middle East) which is US Government sponsored information center for study in the US. They also take care of exchange programs with the US like Fulbright Scholarship Program (graduate) or Campus Scholarship Program (undergraduate).
At what country are you located? And what exactly did Fulbright help you with? The whole selection and application process? What schools did you get in?
