Hahaha that sounds like Berkeley alright. Although the FPF staff is usually a bit more responsive since they only handle a few hundred students.

I don't think you can apply for housing right now. I don't remember when FPF students apply for housing exactly. But anyway, when you apply for housing in the fall you are applying for a whole year, so you don't have to apply for spring.

Oh well that sounds pretty lame. Anyway, I briefly covered some requirements you can fulfill at a CC in my post above. Any CC should have classes that cover R&C requirement, QR requirement, and most breadth/major requirements.
