Because there is only one winner for gold photography for nationals.
I won a gold photography portfolio regionally and was therefore put into nationals.
WoW the Scholastics system is really confusing if people still haven't found out about regional competitions when some other people are waiting for national notification. I know where i live...our whole state found out about two months ago about regionals. |
