I have been accepted to both Rice and the University of Texas at Austin's Plan II Honors program. I want to major in Biology or some other related major, and these are the two main schools I'm looking at. The problem is that Rice is costing me about $30,000 per year (with scholarship) while UT is about $20,000 per year. Is there a difference in the type of education I would receive at either school?
