for undergrad, its pretty hard to tell which is better,u really have to call them up and see which program fits your needs, and also what kind of support they offer to student for classes and job placement etc. i can tell u that ChemE at Michigan is pretty awesome, its a pretty small department and its pretty good for ChemE. I don't know much about the other schools except what US news offers.
