I am going to apply as a transfer to ucla for MT. I was rejected this year. One of my friends encouraged me to try again though. He applied as a freshman, was rejected, then after two years of community college, applied for junior standing and was admitted as a MT transfer. He is REALLY happy with the program, and says it is the hardest thing he has ever done. He is constantly working on his craft, and gives a great review of the ucla program. Also, I have a few friends that attend USC. They're in the BA Theater program, and I have one friend in the BFA program. My friends in the BA program say it's good, but they feel like their not growing enough. My friend in the BFA program says he feels like he has no control, and wanted to take some additional music classes, but was unable to with the demanding schedule. In the end, it's up to preference. I hope I get in as a transfer to ucla, everywhere else is too expensive.

Best of Luck
