ok guys since i applied this year, i know for a fact about which colleges give aid and which do not....
the following colleges will meet 100% of your need if you are accepted
A)National Universities:
Harvard(need blind to internationals meaning ur financial situation will have no effect in the admission commitee's decision)
Princeton(need blind to internationals)
Yale(need blind to internationals)
Columbia University:Fu Foundation(engineering school)
Columbia University:Columbia College
Brown
Dartmouth
UPenn
Cornell
mit
georgetown(not sure, research it)
tufts
brandeis
lehigh(doesn't give that much)
georgewashington university(not sure, research into it)
Duke
UChicago
Cooper Union (will give full tuition to all accepted, including internationals-so if you can afford $10,000 its worth applying)

B)LAC
williams(need blind to internationals)
amherst
swarthmore
midllebury(need blind to internationals)
bates
bowdoin
colby
haverford
wesleyan
vassar
colgate
hamilton
washington and lee
bucknell
trintity college
lafayette
bard
union
dickinson
franklin and marshall
sarah lawrence
gettysburg
skidmore
wheaton
st.lawrence
carleton, reed, macalester, oberlin, kenyon, colorado, whitman, connecticut, grinnell, occidental, lawrence(doesn't give much)

.......for us internationals with not so stellar stats, the place you apply ED will make all the difference...so choose your ED college very carefully.... ED1 is even better since the admission commitee can't compare you with candidates from the regular decision pool......

if you have any questions feel free to pm me....again choose your ED college properly...i can suggest you if you pm me....

have a great day
