I chose Cal because of it's highly ranked program, among other things.
If the pros vs cons won't work for you, you are going to have to go with your gut. It seems like you want UC Berkeley to be located in LA for the ultimate experience.
In that case, the city seems to make or break the school. If you like LA that much-bite the bullet and just go to UCLA (which is not bad at all obviously).
Like I said before, if you want to explore try coming to NorCal, you can always visit LA on the weekends, and SF might make an alternative, though I doubt it. |
