In regards to the environment being "cut throat", I would describe the atmosphere as competitive and professional. While we create a challenging and exciting environment, we also encourage people to be positive, proactive, and productive artists who contribute rather than complain. It is our belief that the only way to succeed in the "real world" is to be a grounded and disciplined artist who helps consistently creates a positive working environment. |
