| Second chances
As I was reading a thread today I noticed that someone said that they did not make it into any of their desired MT schools and so they went into a school with a non-audition program, worked hard and then the next year they auditioned at 10 schools and was accepted into all of them. If my memory serves me, I think she (the poster) was now a proud senior attending CMU. My question is this...do schools accept students in their sophmore year? Do they usually have openings? Do they start out as freshman? How does this work? Does anyone have any experience with this?
I have been lurking for about a year now and rarely post because all my questions are answered as I read all the wonderful posts ... my daughter is a senior this year (class of '08) so "HI" to all the parents of seniors! I hope we can share stories and experiences very soon! |
