When my daughter applied, she completed this online. She did wait until she was accepted before submitting the app; there was no way she was going to write an extra essay if she wasn't accepted! But Otterbein was also one of the first schools to which she applied, and as DoctorJohn said, she had her acceptance notification within weeks of her application.
