Don't be intimidated! My D is an incoming freshman this year and you are right Ball State has an incredible musical theatre program. It's great that you have met someone who has graduated from the BSU program. You have time to take some basic dance classes if that would make you feel more comfortable. If you don't throw your hat in the ring with an audition, you will never know what could have been. My D didn't think the dance audition was that difficult. Some of the kids in my Ds class will be taking beginning level dance class. So I say, "Go For It!", and if you do audition maybe, you will get to meet my D
