1. Mechanics of materials, perhaps. Who knows, maybe even statics. I'm really just guessing...
2. EE curricula usually require lots of advanced math, beyond what most ME curricula do. In fact, EE is perhaps the most math-intensive engineering major (excluding IE and CS). EE deals in analysis... vector analysis, numerical analysis, etc. You'll probably also do some discrete math, such as boolean algebra or graph theory.
3. Probably EE. But I suppose it depends.
4. No idea... but perhaps ME, as I've heard a lot about robots recently.
