I too will be taking Chem 35, 36 and bio 41 this fall. I was also thinking of taking stats 60 since I heard it was easy, but now I'm a little worried. I auditied 35 last spring, but I still think it's going to be pretty difficult. Is adding stats too much?

On another note, I'm not premed and the track I'm in for bio says I can take two disciplinary breadth classes pass/fail. Chem 35 and 36 are the only classes I still need in that area, so I was thinking about taking them pass/fail, but I wonder if that looks horrible to grad schools? Which would be worse, "pass" or a C?
